Ordering

Is cash on delivery available everywhere in Pakistan?

Yes. TheShopMore.pk offers cash on delivery across Pakistan. This includes Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and all other cities. You pay when your order arrives. No advance payment is required at any stage.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No. You can complete an order without creating an account. Fill in your name, phone number, and delivery address at checkout and select Cash on Delivery. An account is optional and allows you to view past orders.

Can I order more than one product in a single order?

Yes. Add all the products you want to your cart before going to checkout. All items in one order ship together in one parcel. This saves on delivery time compared to placing separate orders.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can cancel or change your order if you contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order is handed to Leopards Courier, changes are not possible. Contact us on WhatsApp immediately with your order number.

Products

Are the products on TheShopMore.pk original?

Yes. All products listed on TheShopMore.pk are genuine items sourced directly from suppliers. Product descriptions and images on each product page reflect the actual item you will receive. If you have a question about a specific product, contact us on WhatsApp before ordering.

Do the products come with a warranty?

Most home and lifestyle products on TheShopMore.pk do not come with a manufacturer warranty. However, if a product arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement or refund within our 7-day return window. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if there is any issue.

Can I request a specific color or variant not listed on the product page?

No. Only the colors and variants shown on each product page are available. We do not take custom orders or hold items for future availability. Check the product page for the current options before ordering.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

TheShopMore.pk dispatches orders within 24 hours on business days via Leopards Courier. Orders to Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad typically arrive in 2 to 3 days. Other major cities take 3 to 4 days. Smaller cities and towns take 4 to 5 days. Remote areas may take up to 7 days.

Does TheShopMore.pk deliver on Sundays or public holidays?

No. Leopards Courier does not operate on Sundays or public holidays. Orders placed on Friday evening or Saturday will be dispatched on Monday. Delivery timelines do not count Sundays or public holidays.

What happens if I miss the courier call?

Call the courier back as soon as possible. Leopards Courier will attempt delivery twice. After two failed attempts, the order returns to TheShopMore.pk. You will need to place a new order if this happens. Make sure someone is available at the delivery address on the expected delivery day.

Can TheShopMore.pk deliver to my apartment or office?

Yes. Provide the complete address including flat number, floor, building name, and area. For office deliveries, include the company name and floor number. The courier will call before arriving. Make sure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.

Returns and Problems

Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?

TheShopMore.pk accepts returns within 7 days if the product arrives damaged or incorrect. We do not accept returns for change of mind or wrong color or variant selection. Always read the product description carefully and check the available options on the product page before ordering.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Do not accept the parcel if the outer packaging is clearly damaged. Record a short video when you open the package in front of the courier. Contact TheShopMore.pk immediately on WhatsApp with your order number and photos or video of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund within 3 to 5 business days.

What if I received the wrong product?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product you received. We will arrange a pickup of the wrong item and send the correct product. Do not use or wash the item before we arrange the return.
