TheShopMore.pk accepts returns on damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color selected by you at checkout is not accepted.
We accept returns for:
- Product arrived damaged (dented, cracked, or broken)
- Wrong product sent
- Wrong color or design received
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind after receiving the order
- Wrong variant selected by you at checkout
- Product used, washed, or opened beyond inspection
- Return request made after 7 days of delivery
How to Return
- Record a video when you open the parcel in front of the courier.
- WhatsApp us within 24 hours with your order number and the video or photos.
- Our team reviews your request and confirms if it qualifies.
- If approved, we arrange a free pickup and process a replacement or refund within 3 to 5 business days.
