Welcome to TheShopMore.pk ("Site"). By accessing or using this Site you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Site immediately.

Eligibility

Products and Pricing

All products listed on TheShopMore.pk are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update prices at any time without prior notice. Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Orders and Cash on Delivery

TheShopMore.pk operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. No advance payment is required at the time of placing an order. Payment is collected at the time of delivery by our courier partner. By placing an order, you confirm that you will be available to receive and pay for the order at the provided delivery address. If an order is refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future orders from the same contact number or address.

Delivery

We deliver to all cities across Pakistan. Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days depending on your location. Orders placed before 12 PM on working days are dispatched the same day. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. TheShopMore.pk is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner after the order has been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order details and photos of the issue. Products must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection where product dimensions were clearly listed. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5 to 7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Intellectual Property

All content on TheShopMore.pk, including product images, descriptions, logos, and design elements, is the property of TheShopMore.pk or its respective suppliers and is protected under the Copyright Ordinance, 1962 (Pakistan) and applicable international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or modify any content from this Site without written permission.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
  • Use automated bots or scraping tools to extract data from the Site
  • Submit false orders or provide incorrect delivery information
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Site

Severability

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the use of this Site or any order placed through it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
