How Tracking Works at TheShopMore.pk
Step 1: Order Placed
You receive an order confirmation SMS immediately after placing your order on TheShopMore.pk. Keep this message. It has your order number.
Step 2: Dispatched Within 24 Hours
TheShopMore.pk packs and hands your order to Leopards Courier within 24 hours on business days. You receive an SMS with your courier tracking number once the parcel is picked up.
Step 3: Track Your Order
Go to the Leopards Courier tracking page at https://www.leopardscourier.com and enter your tracking number. You will see the current status: booked, picked up, in transit, out for delivery, or delivered.
Step 4: Courier Calls Before Delivery
The Leopards Courier rider will call your registered phone number before arriving. Make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and pay the COD amount in cash.

These are estimates after dispatch. Actual delivery depends on your location and Leopards Courier operations in your area. Deliveries do not happen on Sundays or public holidays.
Common Tracking Statuses Explained
Shipment Booked
TheShopMore.pk has created the shipment booking with Leopards Courier. The rider has not picked it up yet. This status can take a few hours to appear after your order is placed.
Picked Up
Leopards Courier has collected the parcel from our warehouse. Your order is now in the courier network and moving toward your city.
In Transit
Your parcel is moving through the sorting and delivery network. For long-distance orders this status may last 1 to 2 days.
Out for Delivery
The parcel is with the delivery rider today. Expect a call on your registered phone number. Stay available to receive the order and make the cash payment.
Delivered
Leopards Courier has delivered the parcel and collected the cash payment. If you see this status but did not receive your order, contact TheShopMore.pk immediately via WhatsApp.
Delivery Attempted
The courier tried to deliver but could not reach you. They will try once more. Call the number from your tracking SMS to reschedule. After two failed attempts the order returns to TheShopMore.pk.
Return to Sender
The order could not be delivered after two attempts and is returning to TheShopMore.pk. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss what happens next.
Cannot Find Your Tracking Number?
Check the SMS you received after placing your order. If you did not receive a tracking SMS within 48 hours of ordering, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and the phone number used at checkout.
